What drew you to Berlin Ramos?
I have a passion for helping others. I love knowing that the work I do has a positive effect on local business.
I was employed by a Berlin Ramos client when I was recruited by the firm. I was familiar with the firm’s culture, the staff, and their approach to service. I knew that the firm’s open-mindedness and tailored style of service provided by a team of experts was the perfect fit for me.
How does the firm’s culture blend with your passion and expertise?
I have a background in hospitality, so building client relationships and customer service is my number one priority. Consequently, my passion for working with people, understanding their business needs, and providing guidance to ensure their success arose from that experience.
I love brainstorming and thinking outside the box. Every client has their own unique situation, so we need to approach our work creatively and with an open mind. This allows us to cater our services to suit our clients’ specific needs.
What gives you the feeling of success?
I feel successful when my clients are able to focus on what they do best – running their business – because I was able to support them along the way. It’s a great feeling to know that my clients can rely on me as their trusted advisor and that I am part of their team.
How does your work positively affect your personal life?
Our Employee Volunteer Program enables us to use our professional skills to serve our community. Collectively as a firm, we’re able to give back to those in need – there’s power in numbers!
