What drew you to Berlin Ramos?
The work/life balance. The firm realizes the importance of needing a life outside of work to be a well-rounded employee.
Is there any effect work has had on your home life?
I have had opportunities to be on the board of my condo association and a non-profit organization as the treasurer. I also participated in Junior Achievement for a Day. I like to help others whether directly or indirectly. In this way, my career has opened doors to new personal experiences.
What do you feel is the best part of your job?
I enjoy interacting with various client personalities and helping them resolve their issues.
Is there an interesting work experience or story that stands out in your mind?
In one of my audits, we realized the client was duplicating payments to a vendor. We brought it to their attention, and as you could guess, they were very appreciative of that. Personally, it’s rewarding to be able to help a client and save them money. At the end of the day, I like knowing I got things done and gave my clients the best of my abilities.
